Description

Two flamingos share a moment in this dazzling piece. Their mirrored pose hints at the closeness of their relationship, spent in a constant dance of feeding and companionship. Flamingos live in close family and friendship groups, known as flamboyances, and many form long-term monogamous pairs. I honour that bond here. 

I painted them in glowing magenta, raspberry pinks and flaming oranges, set against a cool sweep of turquoise and deep teal. This vibrant palette reflects the vitality and colourful bustle of flamingo life.
